Resort Swaps explained in 90 seconds

A quick summary before you register

  • Register your week as potentially available to swap
  • You don’t give up your week until we find a match to suit you
  • When we find a week to suit you (a match) we issue paperwork to confirm the swap
  • The resorts involved in the swap are notified of your name, contact details, arrival date and specific accommodation
  • You are issued with a Swap Confirmation sheet
  • The resort will contact you to ensure the beds are made up to suit your guests – doubles, twins etc.
  • You simply travel to the swap resort at the time specified
  • You pay a £75 swap fee when we have completed the swap with both members
  • Payment must be made by credit or debit card
