The Resorts Swaps project has been temporarily paused while we conduct a learnings and review exercise. This project was initially set up as a test and pilot, and over the last year, we've gained many learnings.
We now need to pause the project to consider how best to apply these learnings and ensure the Resorts Swaps service can meet the needs of our customers.
